I’m Harsharan Singh (HS), a YouTube Packaging Strategist focused on thumbnails, titles, and viewer psychology.
I started in content creation through video editing back in 2020 — creating short-form content, editing videos for creators, and learning how people actually consume content online. Over time, I became obsessed with one specific moment:
The click.
Why do people ignore one video but instantly click another? That question pushed me deeper into thumbnail psychology, storytelling, and YouTube packaging strategy.
Today, I focus completely on designing high CTR thumbnails that create curiosity, communicate fast, and make viewers want to know more — without misleading them.
My process is not just “making things look good.” I study audience behavior, emotional triggers, clarity, information gaps, and how thumbnails, titles, and concepts work together as one system.
I use AI heavily in my workflow for brainstorming, iteration, and visual acceleration — but strategy always comes first. Every concept starts with understanding the viewer:
What would make someone stop scrolling?
What would make them curious enough to click?
I work closely with creators through concept development, packaging strategy, and long-term creative collaboration — especially creators building meaningful, ethical, and high-impact content.
Because good content deserves to be seen.
